Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason upon receiving your order you are not completely satisfied with it, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to make your change or return.
In case of making a return, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
The customer must return any other product associated with his order that had been delivered as part of a promotion or gift.
To request an exchange or return you must follow the following steps:
Send us an email to shop@macsens.com with the subject "Exchange or return of my product" and tell us your order number and the parts you want to return.
You will receive an email with our information so that you can send the package.
Please place the garments to be returned in the original shipping box and contact the courier company of your choice, we recommend keeping your shipping note until you have received confirmation from us that you have received the product in correct condition and we confirm the approval of your refund since the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
Once the requirements for a return have been verified, a refund will be issued within 7 to 10 working days for the returned items. If an exchange is made, the customer will need to purchase the desired item.
